Our local team works together to coordinate and deliver personalised care across Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Gateshead, Ponteland and selected communities across Northumberland.

Familiar faces, carefully matched to you
We know that continuity matters. Wherever possible, we aim to send the same small team of carers to each person, so you get to know each other and build trust over time.
Matching is done with care. We look at personality, interests, care needs and routines, so the support feels right for the individual rather than one-size-fits-all. If a favourite carer is away, we will always do our best to let you know in advance and introduce someone who fits just as well.
Office team and care team
Good care is supported by two groups of people. Our office team handles enquiries, assessments, care planning, scheduling and quality reviews. Our carers provide the day-to-day support, both at home and out in the local community.
The two work closely together, sharing updates so that changes in someone's needs are picked up and acted on. Each person is supported by a small team of carers wherever possible, and the office team stays in touch with clients and families about how care is going.
